PROOF OF OWNERSHIP AND INSURANCE: Tenant is required to provide written proof of insurance coverage. Occupant will store only property that the occupant owns and will not store property that is claimed by another person or in which another person has an interest.
ACCESS HOURS: The facility is open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
MECHANICAL WORK: Mechanical work may NOT be performed by the Tenant while the Vehicle/RV/Boat is stored at Jones Creek RV Storage.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS: Tenant will inform Jones Creek RV Storage in writing of any change in his or her address.
OPEN CHARGES: All charges must be up to date prior to removal of the unit from property.
ENDING THE RENTAL AGREEMENT: Jones Creek RV Storage may end the rental agreement if Tenant breaks any promises made in the Rental Agreement or if Tenant abandons his or her property at the facility.
TENANTS STORE GOODS AT THEIR OWN RISK
- This Rental Agreement is for rental of space only. Jones Creek RV Storage does not provide security at the premises, and Tenant stores all goods at their own risk. Further, Owner/Occupant agrees that Jones Creek RV Storage and/or its management and/or owners:
- Are not responsible for loss or damage to property
- Do not provide insurance for stored property
- Require that Tenant provide their own insurance coverage or be self-insured
- This Rental Agreement shall automatically be extended for an additional month at the end of each rental period unless the Tenant, in writing, delivers a notice of intent to terminate this Agreement ten (10) days prior to the end of the current rental period.
- Once an Tenant occupies a storage unit, the Tenant agrees that he/she has agreed to rent the storage unit for the entire month and a full month’s rent shall be due. There is no refund for unused days if you vacate after the first day of the rental month.
- Owner is not obligated to send out billing reminders for monthly rental charges. The credit card on file will be automatically billed on the rental renewal date.
- On the date of expiration of this Rental Agreement, Tenant agrees to return said premises in as good condition as when received and with the premises being clean and ready for usage.
- Monthly rent will be considered late if the credit card on file is not able to be processed. Each day, beginning with the 5th day of payment being overdue, a $5.00 PER DAY late will be charged and gate access will be denied until rent is received.
- Jones Creek RV Storage has the right to terminate the Tenant’s use of the premises and require the Tenant to remove their property within ten (10) days unless the owner deems the property to be a health or safety risk in which case Jones Creek RV Storage will consider it an emergency and may exercise their right to remove the property from the facility immediately.
- Tenant understands and agrees that NO ITEMS may be stored on the ground of their unit space and no storage cabinets/bins/etc. may be placed in their rental space.
- Tenant understands and agrees that there will be NO CAMPING on the grounds
- Tenant understands and agrees there is a limit of ONE VEHICLE PER SPACE.
- Tenant agrees that nonpayment for 90 or more days allows Jones Creek RV Storage to assume the vehicle is abandoned and a lien will be placed on the Vehicle/RV/Boat as per ORS 87.687.
